Prior to joining Keller Williams Luxury Homes International in August 2016, Maura was a member of the elite International President’s Circle at Coldwell Banker. The move to KW will provide her with the opportunity to not only build her team through Tierney Real Estate Group, but also to invest in and help grow a new KW Market Center in El Dorado Hills. In that endeavor, Maura and her Realtor husband David are thrilled to partner with Beverly Steiner, owner of two of the most successful KW Market Centers in Northern California – Danville and Walnut Creek. David Tierney is a real estate agent with expertise in the El Dorado Hills and Sacramento foothill residential markets. Prior to partnering with his wife Maura to form Tierney Real Estate Group, David was the founder and managing principal of a successful consulting firm, which specialized in identifying large tax credits for businesses through targeted economic development programs.  Prior to retiring from his business in 2015, David secured over $150 million in tax credits for his corporate clients over a 17-year period.  Having originally obtained his real estate license in 2003, David is excited to bring his client service, marketing, data analysis, and negotiation expertise to clients of Tierney Real Estate Group. He is also thrilled with the opportunity to invest in and help grow the Keller Williams Market Center in El Dorado Hills.  El Dorado Hills is the rapidly growing business, financial & community center of El Dorado County.
