Working in conjunction with the in-house design staff and our outside designers, the HydroHoist team has brought together an outstanding product. Chuck is also responsible for bringing other product lines such as SlideMoor to the Tidewater line-up. Prior to Tidewater, Chuck served as Sales Manager for Hi-Tide, and spent 18 years at 3M Fire protection products. Before this he served at Watson Bowman Acme marketing expansion joint and bearing systems for the bridge highway and architectural market. In all positions he was intricately involved and had significant influence on new product development. It is easy to operate, and I really like the ability to walk around the boat with the full-length platforms on either side. Your product is also well constructed. Hurricane Irma was quite damaging to my neighborhood, however, my boatlift survived the storm with ease. Your customer service far exceeded my expectations… Additionally, you offered me upgrades to my lift as new features came out on later models. This hurricane (Irma) was a category 4 with the eye making landfall 20 miles west of us… Our boat had no problems, strapped to the HarborHoist Boat Lift. (It) worked as advertised, rising with the surge. There was another boat about our size that was on a conventional lift, it was knocked off the lift and sunk.
