Three Keys Jams was born out of my love for seasonal produce, wholesome ingredients, small local businesses, and of course a passion for making jams.
– Florida oranges preserved to the perfect balance of sweet and bitter with a little help from Grand marnier. Wonderful with toast, scones, biscuits but also as a base for dressings and a unexpected tang to stir fry. Lovely with shrimp dishes!
– I take pride on my grape jams. They are extremely labor intensive but oh so worth it! Seeds, skin and pulp are separated by hand. The final product is a delicious jam with the benefits and fiber of the skin and just a little added sugar.
