I wrote your Tech Support then and a young girl called me on the phone. I only wish I had written her name down. She was terrific even after I explained I was elderly and technologically inept. She walked me through the process so that my HUD would work with Windows 10. She never even once lost her patience and she was extremely helpful. I was doing great, then my computer updated something and my program would not work. I wrote your tech department and they gave me a few things to try. I would buy your product again and again simply because of your tech support program. You have the best I have ever worked with.
