Your satisfaction with the products you purchase and receive is our number one goal.  If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase you may return it within 30 days of the shipment date.  Please follow the instructions to make sure your purchase is returned and credited promptly.  Packages must be returned via 'UPS Ground' or the 'U.S. Post Office Parcel Post with Delivery Confirmation'.  If for some reason, you did not receive your order and it has been longer than 14 business days, we will follow up with the shipping company and put a tracer on the original shipment. If our inquiry states you never received the item, we will mail you out a replacement immediately if possible.  If our inquiry states you received the item you will be billed for the second shipment, however, once we receive the original shipment back, you will be credited back to your credit card the price of that item(s) less shipping fees.  A Division of Thompson Enterprises
