Don was born and raised in Vancouver and moved to Victoria in 1974. There he met his life partner Faye, whom he married in 1978. Don found his true calling in 1981 when he became a member of the Victoria Real Estate Board. During his 27 yrs. as a real estate agent Don has consistently received many company awards for excellence in addition to the Gold & Silver awards from the Victoria Real Estate Board. Don was delighted when his son Jordan decided to embark on a real estate career and joined him to form which has become the successful Thome Real Estate Team. Don believes that their father/son partnership brings a very special ingredient to the practice of selling real estate. Their clients quickly recognize the close relationship that he and his son possess, creating a genuinely comfortable atmosphere in their business dealings. After graduating from St. Michaels Jordan enrolled in Business Administration at the College of Alberta in Lethbridge and subsequently attended Camosun College in Victoria.
