Our residential remodel division provides you with a beautiful home which you are excited to share with friends and family! In 2005, she began working with a drywall company in Georgia, helping the company obtain General Contracting licenses throughout the south east. She has qualified as a general contractor in multiple states including Alabama, Arkansas, Florida, Georgia, North Carolina, South Carolina, and Tennessee. While working in Georgia, she also worked for a business as an estimator and construction coordinator, building luxury apartment complexes throughout the south. Upon moving to Florida in 2009, Sarah began working with the Polk County School Board as they improved upon schools including Haines City High School and Kathleen High School. Sarah received a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from the University of South Florida while working full time with a Lakeland based general contractor. Currently, she is the CEO of Keener Builders, LLC while managing a local, relationship based, networking organization, Lakeland Business Leaders. She is active in the Lakeland Chamber of Commerce, voted Member’s Choice 2017 of EMERGE Lakeland, President Elect of Rotary Club of Lakeland Christina, Co-Chair of Membership of the Polk County Builders Association, board member of Campfire Sunshine Central Florida, and actively involved with the creation of construction academies within the Polk County School Board. Growing up, his father was in the construction business, who taught him a lot of what he knows. His family had a company in Ohio called Keener Builders and when he and Sarah began talking about creating their own general contracting company, he immediately knew the name.
