About Therapeutic Rehab Specialists Therapeutic Rehab Specialists was founded by two cutting edge physical therapists, Dr. Anthony Pribila and Brad Young. We have been providing excellent physical therapy care to the central and West Central Florida area since 2007. We have practices in Lakeland, Brandon, Tampa & Pinellas Park. Although he specializes in Orthopedic Outpatient Rehabilitation he has effectively functioned in a variety of settings including Long-Term Acute Care Hospitals, Subacute and Acute Rehab Facilities, Skilled Nursing, Assisted Living and Home Health settings. This broad spectrum of experience has helped him create a practical and holistic approach to helping patients achieve their functional goals in a safe and efficient manner. Kathleen attempts to provide each patient with a clear understanding of the mechanical cause of their pain and dysfunction offering a comprehensive solution to improve their situation. She acknowledges that all healing comes from within and she is present to help the patient achieve their goals. She is grateful for the opportunity to be of service to the clients of TRS. Casmin Wilson moved to the Tampa bay area from Pensacola, Florida to study Health Sciences at the University of South Florida. As a recent graduate, she plans to attend Adventist University of Health Sciences to receive her master’s degree in Occupational Therapy. Her current role is that of physical therapy aide/front office coordinator; where she enjoys helping and interacting with patients. Casmin is also a nationally certified phlebotomy technician. Casmin loves to read, spend time outdoors doing yoga and hanging out with family and friends. She is extremely devoted to our patients and their individual needs. Bianca Sarubbi recently joined our team at Therapeutic Rehab Specialists Brandon office in January. Her role at TRS is that of a front office coordinator/Physical Therapy Aide. Bianca is very personable, and always makes our clients feel welcome. She graduated with her bachelor’s degree in Biomedical Sciences from USF. Bianca plans to pursue her Master’s degree to become a Physician Assistant. She is close to her family, and has a 3-year-old son who she enjoys taking bike rides with and visiting Busch Gardens. Brad, a Florida native, was born and raised in St. Petersburg. He has been a practicing physical therapist since 1998. His international training in the Netherlands provides him with the knowledge and techniques to treat acute to chronic conditions with a broad spectrum of therapies.
