This job required a new identity, Eddie Pannoni and a criminal record. Because of the expertise that he acquired in that first 30 days, he continued doing that same job under the guise of Eddie Pannoni, drug dealer and gun runner. Fifteen (15) years later. Detective Ernie Lijoi Sr. was still Eddie Pannoni, leading an extremely interesting, exciting and dangerous life. During which time he worked with the Federal agencies of ATF, DEA, FBI, local and state police in several states. He began writing after retirement  at age 65, after retirement. Now at 69, he has Several books published, “Street Business” As of this date he has been able to develop a movie script from his book named "The Preyers." His current position is executive producer on this film and we are in the funding stage with a tremendous amount of interest in the project.
