She is the co-founder, owner and director of the company. Her management skills and ability to work with different artists, bands, record labels and promoters at different levels, as a manager, talent scout, consultant or public relations officer have helped her clients to accomplish their goals. She started her career in the Entertainment Industry in Haiti at the age of 17 as a TV host in Telemax and as a radio personality in Radio Vision 2000. She also hosted later one at 2 different radio stations. A 2007 Leadership Miami Program graduated, Farah is also a firm believer in giving back and she is very active in the community as member of different organizations. She studied Music Business at Broward College and is a past President of Broward College Chapter for the Music and Entertainment Industry Student Association (MEISA). In 2014, she received the "Beacon of Hope and Accomplishment Award" from the Consulate General of the Republic of Haiti in Miami. Educator, song writer, music producer, artist manager, artist publicist, artist agent, event producer, TV program producer and club owner, Pierre-Michel "Pierrot" Theodat, has been involved in the Haitian music business and entertainment industry in the US and in Haiti for over 30 years. He has helped many Haitian artists in their career development in different capacities. Throughout his career, he has worked with well-known Haitian artists and bands such as Zin, Djakout Mizik, Djaneshta; And with prominent producers like late Joubert Charles and Konpa Factory. Pierrot strongly believes by educating and empowering artists in their career, they can learn about entrepreneurship, the rules and regulations of the business and their rights, so they can sustain themselves and their family with their creativity. Pierrot has a degree in Education. After 10 years in the Haitian Music Business, THÉLAR Advertising has expanded to become THÉLAR Management Group, LLC in 2012.
