Be aware that the first email you receive will only confirm receipt of your booking; the second will provide additional details. The deadline to receive a refund for an individual ticket is (7) seven business days before departure. Requests received after the stated deadline will not be eligible for a refund. Refunds will not be available for customers who choose not to attend an event (i.e. balloon ride, spa treatment, etc.) and do not request a refund in advance. Cancellations and request for refunds are accepted in writing only and must be received by email within the stated cancellation deadline. All refund requests must be made by the attendee or credit card holder. Refund requests must include the name of the attendee and/or dates of the trip. Refunds may take up to 7 business days to process and post to account. This varies by bank. If you paid a deposit/full amount via credit card, you will be reimbursed in accordance to the Provider’s cancellation policy to the same credit card.
