My process is very simple at its' core. I listen to my clients and observe their business first. Then I start asking targeted questions so I have a better understanding of what is really going on. Then I apply what I have learned from the thousands of very successful business executives that I have worked with over the past 30 years, what I have learned from 13 of my own businesses, and what I have learned from the process of obtaining many professional certifications and designations. The result is a specific game plan for getting done what needs to get done. The reason that the game plan actually gets implemented and not just talked about as many do is that I do not stay at the 30,000 foot level as many consultants do. I come all the way down to ground level and work shoulder to shoulder with my clients and that makes all the difference in the world.
