We, The Syndical, are a community of craftsmen with layers of expertise in the modeling industry with a primary focus on model bookings in Latin America. While managing opportunities for our models in the region, we promote a positive footprint as well as foster opportunities for clients to expand their brand using our collaborators to execute their ideas. Strategically located in a full-service studio warehouse in Miami, the hub of the Americas, we provide a meeting point to manage our talents' development and introduce clients to resources of endless possibilities. The Syndical was founded in 2016 by Lily Manzano; an agent who has over 15 years of experience working for US model agency networks as an international agent for the Latin America region. Called unruly by some, others in her global roster describe her as non-conformist driven by excellence and transparency. Lily has committed herself to creating a distinctive experience for her Latin America clients when casting models for their specific needs. She is an active participant in the creation and production processes of the business, and is driven to stimulate and encourage connectivity amongst fashion trends.
