I have been creative soul and an entrepreneur with a free spirit since I was a little girl … from busting rocks in our driveway to “make and sell” jewelry, to growing a rubber stamp collection and creating art to sell with a dream of having a storefront, to lemonade stands, to writing “books” and journaling for as long as a remember… to getting a communications/public relations B.A. degree, working in marketing, sales, advertising, with multiple clients from various industries, to music festivals to owning a photography business…. you get the gist. For the last almost four years, I have been a virtual lifestyle transformation (health & wellness) coach. Throughout my journey of my own transformation after baby #2 and leading other women to lose weight, feel better, love themselves again (or for the first time) and helping them to shine from the inside out, I learned that a health journey MUST begin on the INSIDE for the OUTSIDE transformation to take place. We have to DIG DEEP and do the SOUL WORK…FIRST. I’m here to help you with that piece. 🙂 My favorite jobs in my career have been those where I had creative freedom to work with clients, projects and allow my creativity, passion and authenticity to shine. When that didn’t happen, or things got stagnant, I jolted. It’s just who I am. I’m not unstable, I’m just not one to be put in a box, and I yearn for helping others and I have found that I get really ancy and out of alignment when I have been forced to do something or be someone I’m not or work on projects that I’m not passionate about. It took a while for me to accept that about myself, but when I realized it’s just who I am, it’s like a light bulb went off, and I knew I had to share my passions and purpose and SOUL with the world, so that it would SHINE and SERVE others. As a mom, a wife, a business owner and a woman, I can totally get what you’re going through feeling the pure soul exhaustion, overwhelm and frustration. I get that it’s hard to get out of bed some days and be the best mom and/or wife you can be. I get that it’s tough to take time for you and to shine like only you can.
