We will contract on estate sized lots, scattered or singles in a planned development or commercial park, city community or country acreage. We will consider multiple contracts or one at a time. We can assist with options, upgrades and color selections, planning and permitting; manage your warranty service, provide specific and general labor functions or supervise your maintenance contracts.
