Victor Guembes is the Founder and CEO of The New Mindset Project, LLC., a firm dedicated to providing principles, processes, training, coaching and consulting to individuals and organizations with the purpose of improving performance, teamwork, and maintaining a healthy organizational culture. Victor’s approach is to emphasize the importance of positive thinking, positive attitude, and clear conviction that success relies on the state of mind you work toward it. Victor created The New Mindset Project, LLC by utilizing the basic principles of leadership learned in the United States Army and by the strong confidence and mental attributes developed during his specialized para-military training at the counterterrorism school in Peru, South America. Victor has spent over 20 years in the security industry in the segments of hospitality, property management, commercial, industrial, government, maritime, and private guard services for three different large corporations. In June 2012, he was inducted into the National Criminal Justice Honor Society “Alpha Phi Sigma;” He is certified in Homeland Security Level III and certified Intelligence Analyst by the American Board for Certification in Homeland Security. He is a member of the Advisory Board for Education-CJ at Keiser University (Pembroke Pines and West Palm Beach campuses) and Everest College (Miami), and member of the Advisory Board for Education-MBA at Florida National University. He has written many articles in matters of Global Terrorism and Security for Inside Homeland Security Magazine, The HOA Journal, and the Israeli Post as well as presented at five major universities in South Florida. He is a published author of “The Lion’s Cancer,” “The Port,” “You, the Most Amazing Person,” and “6 Successful Techniques for Personal Growth.” Victor earned his BS in Criminal Justice Administration (Magna Cum Laude) from the University of Phoenix and his MBA in Business Management (Summa Cum Laude) from Florida National University.
