Lincoln Consulting Group (LCG) is located in Santa Rosa, California in the heart of the Russian River Valley and Sonoma Coast. David Hejl is the Managing Director of the Lincoln Consulting Group. His last career assignment was CEO and General Manager of Kosta Browne Wines. The value creation from the growth strategy executed upon and the management team he crafted while he was at Kosta Browne from 2011 to 2015 successfully led to a sale to a synergistic buyer. He is also the proprietor and winemaker for Domaine Della. As a senior level executive with over 20 years as a CEO, his skills and achievements successfully developing and executing growth-oriented strategies and crafting high-performance teams at $10 to $100 million in sales significantly improving bottom line performance makes him uniquely qualified to assist your business in leading strategy and execution in your next phase of evolution. Prior to joining Kosta Browne in 2011, Mr. Hejl accumulated over 30 years’ progressive leadership experience in growth-oriented strategy execution within the food and beverage/consumer products industry; 15 of those years in private equity. He has held executive positions with Nabisco, Berkshire Hathaway, Gourmet Award Foods and Ruiz Food Products. He began his career with Arthur Anderson & Co. David is also a noted speaker and on the Wine MBA faculty at Sonoma State University. He received his BS in Accounting and Finance from the University of Nebraska and MBA from Northwestern University’s Kellogg Graduate School of Management.
