I created The Lifestyle Playbook (TLP) to showcase, educate, and promote a preventive and proactive lifestyle instead of a reactive one. AKA always looking out for your future self and not waiting until something “bad” happens in order to start the healthy lifestyle changes needed. I describe lifestyle in terms of balance with mental health, overall wellness, style and travel. The ultimate goal with The Lifestyle Playbook is to build and connect a positive community with my readers. I believe as a team we can help spread the word and help educate other’s to have that balanced lifestyle we always say we want but never do. It’s WAY easier than we think! I am so excited to embark on this journey with you! The Lifestyle Playbook is a platform that only showcases genuineness, realness, positivity, and love. Although that sounds sweet, topics won’t be sugar coated. There is no place for negativity here. Although, constructive criticism is always welcome in my Born and raised in Orlando, FL. I recently just graduated from the University of Central Florida. GO KNIGHTS! I received my B.S. in Psychology. Future school goals are to get into graduate school for Clinical Psychology. I have the most precious/beautiful teacup yorkie named, Lily, and I take her everywhere with me (literally)! A few things I love are traveling all across the world, learning new things, shopping, helping people, yoga, and the beach. Maybe one day I can include working out as something I love but that is more of a love/hate relationship I hope to intertwine all of the things I love and give you a sense of who I am into this blog! I want The Lifestyle Playbook to be a place where you can relax and stimulate your mind at the same time. I hope to teach you new things through my experiences and my research. it literally helps me so much and i trust your opinions the most.. i love involving you in all that i do and share because it’s for OH! and i plan on making a wish list tab in the menu bar above! i will continually update that weekly, even after my bday. *hinty hints*
