Ms. Racicot, President and CEO of The Legal Dept., Inc., is a Certified Legal Assistant (CLA) and Florida Registered Paralegal (FRP). She began her career in the legal profession in 1973. Ms. Racicot was a Certified Business Analyst with Florida Atlantic University’s Small Business Development Center in Boca Raton, Florida, a volunteer business assistance program offered to entrepreneurs and funded in part by the U.S. Small Business Administration, from March 2003 to February 2008. From September 2000 to August 2003, she served as president of the Florida Chapter of the National Association of Stock Plan Professionals (NASPP). She also served a 3-year term as a volunteer member of the City of Melbourne Affordable Housing Advisory Committee from 2008-2011.
