The Ledges Condo Association is a 178 member Homeowners Association that has been in existence since the early 1970’s. Our goal is to create and maintain a safe, clean, and enjoyable community in which to live. We are a self-managed corporation, managed by a Board of Directors who are voted in annually and serve 2-year terms. It is the responsibility of the Board to manage the community in the best interest of its member/owners.
Welcome to your Ledges Condominium Association website. The purpose of this site is to enhance communication between the HOA Board, property owners, and management. This website provides for more transparency with our membership, allowing better access to Association financials and other important forms and reports.
We facilitate online payments and provide an option for automatic payments of Association dues. Property owners can activate their personal portal in our Owners section.
