He has over 38 years of progressive global business experience in the private sector. His longest tenure (25 years) was with ExxonMobil, where he was groomed as a Senior Executive. He broadened his career by becoming an equity partner of Commonwealth Investment Partners, a private investment management firm. Mr. Robles is co-founder of The JETT Group, LLC, a private equity venture dedicated for the specific purpose of capitalizing companies of strategic interest in both the Industrial and Consumer sectors. Some of the Industrial portfolio companies include JETT Energy Resources, LLC, a firm active in the Energy and Commodities trading space and JETT Electronics LLC, an Electronic Component Distribution firm servicing the Aerospace, Avionics, Medical, Communications and Military spaces. The most recent acquisition in the Consumer sector is Bonito & Co, a globally acknowledged and renowned Brazilian brand specializing in the creation of top of the line, chic, and elegant post-surgical Compression Garments and Shapewear. Mr. Robles is a former member of the Board of Governors for Operation Smile, a non-profit medical services organization dedicated to correcting facial deformities in children worldwide. His sphere of influence allows him to leverage his worldwide private and public sector contacts for the benefit of his business enterprises and charitable causes. has a Master's Degree in Business Administration, specializing in International Business, from the University of Miami, and a Master's Degree in Philosophy, specializing in French and Spanish Linguistics, Literature, and Culture from the University of Vienna, Austria. She has over 28 years of progressive Global Sales/ Marketing experience, and is a proven leader in the operational phase of a business. Ms. Sours’ longest tenure was with ExxonMobil, where she honed her expertise as a Marketing Executive. She furthered her Business Development skills as Regional Sales Director with The Weather Channel in Latin America. Ms. Sours is a founding partner of The JETT Group, LLC, a private equity venture dedicated for the specific purpose of capitalizing companies of strategic interest in both the Industrial and Consumer sectors.
