The HEC Group, LLC was built around the idea of partnering with schools and healthcare organizations to help address a pressing problem in both the U.S. and China: a shortage of professional nurses and a pressing shortage of the professional teachers and practitioners who will be qualifying young people into the ranks of professional nursing and managing their work. ​The shortage operates on several levels. In addition to a lack of qualified front line nurses, there is a shortage of qualified faculty who can teach and help develop and manage the professionals who will be expected to lead this career field. The Principals at the HEC Group have a combined experience teaching at the university level of more than thirty years. Dr. Su spent 15 years in Chinese municipal government, and her doctoral studies focused on public policy and administration. Our group combines 35 years of management experience in public service as well as management and executive experience in large divisions of Fortune 1000 companies. In addition to our background in higher education and ven more importantly, we have a board of directors who are healthcare professionals, faculty and administrators in both the U.S. and China helping to make us able to provide high-value services for our students and professionals.  The HEC Group, LLC is an educational consulting limited liability company established in the United States.
