The Golenberg Corporation is a consulting company specializing in all aspects of business activities. Its principle, Gary Golenberg, has 35 years as a successful, hands on entrepreneur. Mr Golenbergs companies have employed up to 400 and as few as 12, while manufacturing products in as many as 14 manufacturing facilities through out the U.S and Canada. He has skillfully negotiated the purchase of nine {9} companies, union contracts and secured up to $20M of financing for various acquisitions and operating activities. His involvement with all facets of business: sales, operations, finance, employee relations, marketing, manufacturing, and accounting enabled him to increase his businesses revenues from $1M a year in 1977, to $65M a year in 1996, and increase EBITDA from $125K to $5M during that same time frame. He has successfully been involved with turn arounds, and from 1988 to 1997, under his leadership, reduced the leverage of The Gibson Homans Co. {Cleveland, Ohio} from 16:1 to 4:3 which helped establish a higher multiple of EBITDA when the company was sold. From 1998 to 2001 he owned and managed a foundry that manufactured aluminum and zinc die castings. {Super Cast - Cleveland, Ohio} Early 2001 Mr. Golenberg moved to Florida and in May 2002 bought a business doing work for Luxury Home Builders in Lee and Collier County Florida. During the 8 years of his ownership sales increased 300% and cash flow 350%. He sold the business July 2010 and in an effort to utilize his vast business experience formed The Golenberg Corporation, a business consulting firm providing a vast number of services to businesses large or small.
