About The Getaway Travel Tribe The Getaway Travel Tribe specializes in Destination Weddings, Family, Honeymoons, Groups, and Luxury Travel vacations. We believe that your tribe should be able to enjoy your trip to the fullest, without worrying about each member’s travel plans. We make sure that all our couples, families, and groups receive individualized packages that are within their budget, while ensuring that they receive any possible amenities, or extra options when traveling to the location of your choice. Thus, we will research possible upgrades, extra travel options, tours, packages and amenities that you would not receive by booking without an agent. Examples include private transportation to and from the airport, book excursions/tours, romance dinners, and assisting with any other specialized request you may have. For Destination Weddings, we work with you to make sure that we help you find the perfect destination for your memorable wedding, and take care of all your guests, and travel needs. For Honeymoons, we work with you in creating that once-in-a-lifetime honeymoon that meets your needs, whether that be a private Caribbean getaway, an action-packed adventure full of zip-lining through the rainforest and mountain climbing, a luxury location where you can relax with spa and luxury amenities, or just a relaxing cruise, we work with you to curate an unforgettable trip. The Getaway Travel Tribe was created by two love birds who needed assistance with their 300 plus wedding. When the happy couple realized that it would be impossible to have the wedding at two different venues without having their long-distance relatives get lost, they reached out to several vendors to assist in creating a destination wedding in their town. The couple booked 150 invites from various foreign countries and within the United States, while coordinating their entire wedding. When the wedding was complete, the out of town invitees complemented the couple for the organization and attention to detail with booking their trips. Since some guests came from foreign countries, private transportation was arranged to ensure that the guests could get to and from the hotel and the airport at specific times. The couple also arranged trips after the wedding to Disney World for those who wanted to extend their trip. As per the invitees, they had such a pleasurable trip that they suggested that the couple create a travel company specializing in family trips. The couple laughed at the idea, but as time progressed, several friends, and family members started requesting that the couple assist with their own personal trips. Which then led to the creation of The Getaway Travel Tribe. ​ We are committed to offering travel services of the highest quality.
