Willie and Ana are absolutely the best.  Although I have a broker's license, when my mother passed I simply did not have the time to deal with everything.  I contacted the Garcia team and was very pleased with their diligence, professionalism and courtesy in selling her condo. When my in-laws sold their place out of state and decided to move back to California, I contacted Willie and Ana again, and again they exceeded my expectations and I'm extremely hard to please.  I have never dealt with a more professional team or two people with a bigger heart.  They treated us like we were their only Clients although I know we are not. We just sold our house and bought a new one with The Garcia Team, and they have been wonderful every step of the way! My husband wanted to move so we could find a bigger house with more features, but I was reluctant because I liked our neighbors and our neighborhood. With few homes on the market, I was more concerned about being able to find a good home than selling our old one. We fell in love with a house that was listed as a probate sale and at first we were nervous about probate. They helped negotiate down the price and stayed in touch with us through the whole process, which ended up taking a bit of time and involved balancing the seller's lawyer, the seller's agent, and the buyers of our house. We're really happy with our new home! As many of the other Yelpers have commented, we found Willie and Anna to be warm and genuine people who are interested in getting to know their clients on a personal level. I really felt like they had our back and we could depend on them during the entire process.
