Our trainers introduce fun, cutting edge programs and techniques, guidance and the motivation to achieve and sustain long-term, life changing success. Everyone’s personal health and fitness needs are unique. The Exercist staff each have a multidisciplinary fitness background and are experienced in creating transformational health and fitness programs for a variety of populations – from the morbidly obese, to athletes in training, from people needing post-rehab exercise therapy, to those who are pregnant. The only requirement is the desire to improve one’s health and get fit. The Exercist trainers work one-on-one in structuring a fitness program that combines healthy eating with physical training. Programs are goal focused, progressive and benchmarks are always established to monitor progress. Client’s marvel at the range of equipment used and how exciting and diverse the exercise sessions are from day to day and week to week. Key components of our comprehensive health and fitness programs include testing, nutrition counseling, and sessions that build cardiovascular endurance, strength, and flexibility. The Exercist team will travel to your home or use third-party fitness facilities to facilitate specialized personal training. The Exercist maintains a private, state-of-the-art Pilates studio and work-out facility. The facility is licensed and all fitness professionals who work with The Exercist have the highest level, advanced certifications and are insured. Renee Rosenthal … The founder of The Exercist Renee’s is the visionary behind The Exercist. Her health and fitness career began in Illinois over 20 years ago. She was a professional Tennis Ball Trainer and Leader, the founder, President and star player of the former South Florida Women’s Baseball League which has memorabilia in The Baseball Hall of Fame and Museum. Renee has had cameos on TV, had appearances in Exercise Videos, and in films such as “A League of Their Own” with Madonna, Rosie O’Donnell, and Tom Hanks. Knowledge of the body, training technique and equipment is one area where The Exercist surpasses others in the field. Always on the learning edge, Renee has studied with such Fitness Experts as Juan Carlos Santana, owner of the Institute for Human Performance, the world’s premier functional training facility where fitness professionals from around the world learn cutting edge training methods. In addition to managing her business – The Exercist – she teaches Boot Camps, spinning and Pilates several days each week at private country clubs in Boca Raton, Florida.
