Francesca is the Owner/Founder of TEG. She started the business in 2013 shortly after her marriage in 2012. It has been her goal to create personalized client relationships along with giving them an unforgettable experience. Day by day she strives to get rid of the term “Day of Coordinator” & really educate on why you need a professional to at least run their Event Management services for you. Believe it or not, being successful in this craft has nothing to do with making events beautiful. It is about crisis management & logistics, which is what so many weddings lack that fall into the hands of friends & family.  “It isn’t just about knowing what you are doing, it’s about making them trust that you know it.” When I decided to make a brand for my business, I wanted to incorporate my personality along with the bridal market. My favorite color is black. Yes, it’s slimming which is a plus but I just think it is bold, makes a statement, & is wonderful to accessorize. Blush is one of the hottest colors in the market & has been for years.  I am so excited that you have found your way to The Eventful Gals page!
