Buying or selling a home can be a stressful undertaking, but Aaron did everything he possibly could to alleviate that and assure us that all of the details would be resolved. Our home is @15 years old and we wanted to buy a new construction home not far form our existing home in Olathe. During this process Aaron was professional and more helpful then we ever thought possible. The home we were selling needed some work - paint, carpet and a few other updates. Aaron not only gave us advice but he got multiple bids from different sources to make sure we were getting the best deal. He was available whenever we needed, so much so that we felt sorry for his family. He came over to our house evenings, weekends, and during the day when we couldn't leave work he would meet contractors for us at our house. Buying and selling a home is stressful but Aaron took every worry away. He also made sure that we didn't spend more money then needed. He was kind enough to ask about our mortgage and wanted to make sure we were getting multiple quotes so we would get the best deal. He recommended a mortgage broker who saved us an entire point from our original mortgage broker whom we had done business with for over 15 years. He handled the process like he was a friend of the family - but much better as he was the most competent and trust worthy real estate agent we could have ever hoped to do business with. I know this review is glowing but he deserves it. If you pick Aaron Donner you will not be disappointed he will always work in your best interest and give all the attention you need to sell your home. And the most important facts - he sold our home in two days, with one open house, priced higher than I ever thought possible. And for the house we were buying - we were in a bidding war and Aaron gave us advice that helped us secure that house. I would highly recommend Aaron he was fantastic. So I am relocating and we successfully put the offer ,conducted the inspection and closed the house without even my wife having peak at the house. You got to be really knowledgeable in order to under a women's like and dislike,especially when you never meet her and sitting 100's of miles away from him. Aaron did great job in understanding our needs and he visited most of the houses that were coming up in search with our criteria. Since we were not there with him initially he did video conferencing and detail videos and pics of pros and cons of each house we highlighted. He has excellent grip on price and valuation of the property. He was quick on responding even our smallest concern. Provided me contacts for local inspection, Mortgage companies,title ,insurance and everything that needed for buying a new home. I am 100% satisfied with his commitment for getting us in our new house. I found him on ZILLOW and will say whoever gave him reviews before me were spot on it. Definitely will work with him in future again as needed. Everything about our home-selling experience with Aaron was top-notch. We really appreciated the detailed market analysis he did to help us determine how to price our home. He scoped out the competitive houses and gave us honest feedback on where we were better or worse. We always felt like he was actually working hard to sell our house for the best possible price. Also, he was always willing to help us with anything we needed or answer any concerns we had. We really enjoyed working with Aaron and would highly recommend him to anybody else. Aaron and his team were simply wonderful. We were very stressed out with the entire process by the time we switched to the Donner Group. Aaron and his group listened to what we wanted and helped us find it. We found ourselves in a fairly small market and increasingly frustrated, but Aaron listened to our desires our whole. I thought he struck a perfect balance of offering options we may not have thought of and discounting them when we considered them and decided against them. As I tried to reflect above he was good to work with during the entire process. He also adjusted well when we ran into some difficulties I believe are probably normal but can't swear to as I don't make my living in the field. Aaron was both professional and personal. He made us feel very comfortable with the whole process and even helped answer questions not relating to selling our house. Our house listed at 11am and was sold by 6pm that night. He went on to help with every part of the negotiations and help us find the right contractors to fix all required repairs. I would definitely recommend Aaron to anyone. If I ever buy or sell a house in Overland Park, I will use Aaron Donner.
