Prior to founding The Crevalle Group, Will was the Founder and CEO of Locum Leaders. Locum Leaders is a national supplier of temporary physicians to hospitals and physician practice management groups that was named to the Inc. 5,000 fastest growing companies and consistently ranked at the top of the Best Places to Work by the Atlanta Business Chronicle. Locum Leaders was acquired by OGH, LLC in 2013, a Welsh, Carson, Anderson & Stowe private equity firm, and two years later by publicly traded AMN Healthcare, the largest healthcare staffing company in the U.S. Will continued to lead Locum Leaders after both acquisitions and grew the company while completing a successful transition. Also, prior to Locum Leaders, Will was a Partner and Vice President with LocumTenens.com, which is a Jackson Healthcare company. Will holds a B.A. from the University of Central Florida.
