He started his career at the age of 16, working summers and weekends for his father's general construction firm. Upon graduating from college, he obtained his General Contractor license and worked for numerous residential and commercial developers and builders in various supervisory and project management roles. Today, Peter specializes in interior work for hotels, multi-family residential complexes, restaurants, medical facilities, retail outlets, and other commercial businesses. Once the scope is determined, we analyze the design intent to identify products that can be value-engineered and those that must remain unchanged. Whenever possible, we try to substitute the less unique items - those that won't have an impact on the overall aesthetic - with similar but lower cost items. The result?
