His experience includes, but has not been limited to, the preparation of concept plans, construction plans, permit documentations, review "shop drawings", perform field inspections / reviews, and preparing plat documents for surveyors.  Mr. Drace has had many years of experience with sanitary sewer, water main, storm sewer, curb and gutter, and bridge construction design and inspection.  As part of The Colinas Group, Inc.'s design team, he works closely with planners, surveyors and engineers.  Mr. Drace has been using AutoCAD and its related software since AutoCAD Release 2.5 (1984 +/-) and is presently using AutoCAD 2012 Civil 3D.  He is looking forward to AutoCAD's on-going improvements and enhancements to make projects more complete, easier to build with less chance of errors and hold the client's cost down.
