What is the Chiropractic Business Academy? The Chiropractic Business Academy (CBA) is a chiropractic coaching and business training company. CBA helps chiropractors build and strengthen their practices through effective, modern chiropractic marketing and proven business systems. CBA was created by Dr. Eric Huntington and Dr. Bobbee Palmer. Each of the owners has the common purpose to help chiropractors expand both personally and professionally, having successfully done so themselves in their own large practices. CBA takes responsibility to mentor its chiropractic clients to become the executives of their businesses, rather than just the clinicians in their practices. By helping doctors work more ON their practices as an executive, rather than simply working harder IN them, the doctor is then also able to establish successful business processes, new patient flows and a staff-driven office – all culminating in a thriving, healthy practice. CBA clients account for a substantial number of the chiropractors who make up the top 1% of the profession. Note: the primary focus is not on making lot of money – that certainly happens, but as the result of the practice promoting and delivering great service to its patients. CBA offers specialized training and chiropractic coaching in the areas of Chiropractic Marketing, Patient Education, Business Administration, Staff Hiring/Training, Finance Management, and Team Development. What kind of practices do we help build? We have helped clients build practices of all kinds. The reason we can do this is because we understand and can teach chiropractic business basics such as how to get new patients, how to help patients understand your recommendations, how to hire and train staff, how to organize and expand your business using proven workable systems. Show us a type of chiropractic practice that won’t improve significantly with help in any one of those areas and we will show you a type of chiropractic practice that does not actually exist. How we will help YOU expand YOUR practice. you utilize, what your staff get trained on, etc. We do this by doing an in depth practice potential analysis. This is a FREE service which will TOTALLY help you identify strong points and weak points in your practice. This will also help us see what we can do for you. Next, we will actually teach you the same organizational system that we teach our clients. This will not only reveal to you how the different components of a successful chiropractic office come together into a working system but also helps you understand our time-tested strategy of practice building. Oh…this is also free for you, by the way! We will, of course, answer any and all questions you have about our modern program. We will give you a list of our clients that you can call—and you can candidly ask them questions about what they think about our program and how it helps their practice grow and expand. Also be sure to ask them how it has helped them become the executive in the office. Since we are a training and implementation program, we will need to schedule a date to get together in person to begin your training. But even if that date is several weeks we can start helping you right away with phone consulting on those problems or obstacles that are most pressing for you and your practice. There are certain things we can help you with via phone and there are certain things that must be taught one-on-one. One area we can help you with over the phone is a very effective external and Internal Marketing program. This has proven to bring in 5-10 New Patients/wk. We have a client increase his collections by $20,000 a month just from the internal marketing we taught him over the phone! The Academy gives you the “how” and the “do”.
