We are a nonprofit, nonpartisan think tank determined to increase global prosperity by advancing collaborative solutions that widen access to capital, create jobs and improve health. We do this through independent, data-driven research, action-oriented meetings, and meaningful policy initiatives. Our eight centers explore the convergence of finance, business, health, philanthropy and policy to advance collaborative solutions that will drive progress. We aim to bridge the gap between the corporate sector and unemployed individuals with disabilities. While simultaneously assisting with the transition from high school to college, as well as; from college to professional life. We identify strong matches between the two, and prove support and consultation services as needed to promote long-term job success. In addition, The Brilloco Institute, Inc. is committed to educational excellence, through finance and economic studies to help ensure the best possible matches. Not only, do we offer employment services but we also offer educational services that are channeled to each individual whether through tutoring services, or making the transition into financial or other economic fields. The Brilloco Institute,Inc is built on more than just monetary value or pure talent; the brand has been built through consistency. Les Brown once said, “One must have patience; not only must you have patience, but you must engage in consistent action" That has stuck with us as a brand ever since we began back in the summer of 2014 as a small business consultant company. This is provided on an individual basis; in a meeting room setting at one of our local offices in the client’s area. An initial set of recorded interview questions, help us with resume writing, interview skills training, instruction on grooming and personal hygiene, and refinement of interpersonal skills. In addition, there is a set of assessments designed for each individual. At The Brilloco Institute, Inc. we specialize in linking employers who require motivated, reliable and dependable employees to our diverse talent pool of pre-screened candidates with disabilities seeking permanent part-time and full-time employment in entry-level and professional/skilled positions. Our goal is to bring value to both employers and candidates by facilitating winning matches via our no-fee employment services. Post-employment services are one or more vocational rehabilitation services provided subsequent to an individual's achievement of an employment outcome. This is provided in order for the individual to maintain, regain, or advance in employment, in a role that consistent the individual's strengths, resources, priorities, concerns, abilities, capabilities, and interests. The purpose of tutoring is to help students help themselves, and to guide them to become independent learners, so that they no longer need a tutor. This js certiinly the process of good tutors working themselves right out of a jobs; however, do not worry there is no end to the number of people who need and will benefit from the tutoring exchange. Counseling and guidance may be provided to encourage the consumer by establishing a relationship of mutual respect, in which the counselor can be supportive, yet challenging, in promoting the consumer's skill development needed to achieve an employment outcome.
