Mark Richmond is a 1978 graduate of North Central College. He obtained his Bachelors degree in Accounting and Business. He began his career as a residential home builder in 1978. In 1981, Mark and his father launched their own residential construction company. This start-up quickly gained momentum and was incorporated as The Bilmar Group by 1985. Over 30 years later Mark continues to work alongside his father meeting the demands of the everchanging construction industry. He has vast experience in bidding, blue print comprehension, project management, project consultation, construction management and carpentry. Joy Richmond attended Waubonsee, Northern Illinois University & Devry University and carries an Associates Degree in Liberal Arts. In addition to being a full-time mom of four she has managed the offices of The Bilmar Group, Inc since 1986. Joy is skilled at accounting, scheduling, accounts payables, accounts receivables and handles the processing of AIA Construction Documents for the company. Recently, Joy has branched out in a new direction that will bring even more depth of service to the Bilmar Group! She has joined the The Bilmar Group, Inc The Bilmar Group, Inc. Our employees are trained in all areas of the Company safety procedures. These procedures are based on OSHA safety standards. Each employee from foreman up to senior project manager is required to take the OSHA ten hour safety course. These safety standards are strictly followed and enfored by Bilmar. The company’s roots trace back to a humble residential construction and remodeling company. Four short years later the company was in full swing and ready to expand it’s services.The spring of 1985 brought the addition of commercial remodeling and the incorporation that created the entity of “The Bilmar Group, Inc.” The Bilmar Group, Inc. is a full service interior design contractor. We specialize in painting, decorating and other finishing materials. We are fully insured and bonding is available if required.
