Welcome to Steve’s mid-life crisis. For 27-year as he was in advertising as an art director, owner and 18 years as a creative director, developing solutions for a variety of marketing challenges. As these challenges grew more weighty, Steve realized he needed a change. With the support of a loving and understanding wife and family the Bike Bistro was born and the fulfillment of a five year dream to lead a more satisfying life. With service and safety as Steve’s number one goal his new challenge is to continually evolve, grow and better himself and the Bike Bistro experience. His favorite comment from a client “If you rest, you rust”. Ian, is in a word, is disciplined. He is a graduated of the Bike Institute of America, Portland, Oregon and Shimano Tech Certified. Ian wears a variety of hats from shop manager and mechanic to rider and master of inventory.
