Since The Ashtin Group assumed management of the building owned by The American Musical and Dramatic Academy and The Gateway School, the building’s fire pump project has been completed, the boiler has been repaired, a comprehensive annual evaluation has been prepared, staff issues have been resolved, alternative resident parking has been negotiated, a protective sidewalk shed has been erected, and a full roof replacement and Local Law 11 façade restoration are underway. A few years ago when I became President of the commercial condominium where my business is located, we were faced with several large renovation projects and it became clear that we needed a more experienced managing agent to handle these important undertakings.
