 is a guided meditation for relaxation, combined with gentle harp music.  It will help you reduce or eliminate ordinary headaches – which are due to stress, tension, worry, grief, lack of sleep, lack of food, and similar causes.  It generally works within 5-10 minutes.  Migraine headaches will likely take a little bit longer to disappear. Find a place where you will not be interrupted and free yourself of all distractions.  Get into a comfortable position while you're sitting or lying down.  Take off your shoes, loosen any tight clothing, and do whatever else that will help you feel more relaxed.
