Thales e-Security is part of Peter Galvin is Chief Strategy and Marketing Officer of Thales eSecurity where he is responsible for providing the vision and leadership for all marketing-led initiatives. He drives the vision for key functional areas including marketing, communications, product marketing, sales enablement, lead generation, business development and brand and marketing operations to achieve the company’s business and financial growth objectives. Peter brings over 20 years of experience in strategic marketing in the technology industry having previously held senior leadership roles with security, mobile and internet infrastructure companies including Chief Marketing Officer at Proofpoint , SVP of Marketing and Products at Openwave, and VP and General Manager at Inktomi. He also has global experience in leading corporate marketing, channel marketing, product marketing and product line portfolio strategy. Peter holds a Master of Business Administration, Marketing, from Clark University in Worcester, MA. Dean Vincent is a seasoned Chief Financial Officer with more than 20 years of financial leadership experience. In his role at Thales e-Security, Dean leads a team of finance professionals around the globe providing strategic, operational and analytical insight to the business. He brings a wealth of experience to the business having held senior financial leadership roles in the aerospace, defense and service industries. Phil Naybour is an experienced leader with more than 30 years global experience in a variety of sectors in the technology industry. As Chief Operating Officer for Thales e-Security he oversees ongoing business operations within the company. His responsibilities also include functional management of global supply chain, order fulfilment and delivery, quality, project management office, and the company’s IT and information systems. Phil has previously led activities in UK, France, Asia and the US. Within Thales Group he has gained experience of many sectors of the technology industry covering a wide variety of business models. This includes leading Thales Helicopter Avionics business line in France, leading Thales workshare for the Queen Elizabeth class aircraft carrier project for UK MoD, and running Thales UK naval businesses as well as Managing Director of the Thales e-Security business line. Prior to Thales Phil held leadership positions at Racal Asia, Unisys Hong Kong and IBM UK. Phil is a Director of Thales UK Ltd. and is on the management board of the Thales SIX Global Business Unit. He holds a bachelor of science and bachelor of economics in engineering management from University of Manchester, UK. Olivier Genicot is Global Vice President Legal, responsible for all Thales e-Security’s legal matters. Previously he served as the Legal Director Mergers and Acquisitions with Thales Group where he led M&A transactions from divestitures; joint ventures to large acquisitions in all countries where Thales operates; structuring, negotiating and resolving closing and post-closing issues. He also drove corporate governance initiatives and provided legal support to business, strategy, finance, treasury, and tax and risk management organizations. Earlier in his career, Olivier held roles with leading global law firms Skadden Arps and Fried Frank where he specialized in M&A, representing publicly and privately held multinational corporations and financial advisors on domestic and cross-border transactions, project finance and corporate restructuring. As Vice President Global Customer Success, Nigel Bowdery is responsible for the successful adoption of Thales e-Security’s solutions by its customers. In this capacity Nigel acts as the customer advocate and ensures that the Thales e-Security team deliver the desired outcome and proven value quickly to its customers. The customer success programme is designed to increase retention, value delivered and customer loyalty. The professional services, sales engineering and technical support functions all fall under his lead. These teams consistently demonstrate and in-depth knowledge of our customers’ requirements, detailed product knowledge and extensive domain expertise and are highly regarded by our customers around the world. Nigel has been with Thales for more than 10 years in a number of business management and leadership roles. Prior to joining Thales he worked in the defense and aerospace industry delivering highly complex international programmes for Alenia Marconi Systems and BAE Systems. Jon Geater is Chief Technology Officer for Thales e-Security where he is responsible for product security and technology strategy, designing technical and cryptographic solutions to meet the ever-changing demands of cyber security threats.
