I am a proud mother of 3 boys and a grandson. I am formally from the State of Maine which I visit every chance I get. I moved here in 1985 and lived in the Volusia County Area and reside in Deland which I love and very proud of the cultures and history here. I am very familiar with the area and really enjoy living here. My hobbies include traveling, biking, family and friends, camping, and the old fashioned sitting on the couch watching a good movie. I started my career in Real Estate in January 2005 and I have been a Realtor  with Watson Realty Corp.since I started which I am proud to work for. I have been successful every year with the company and I give the company credit for my success. I enjoy the support and the family atmosphere at the office. Before my career in Real Estate I worked at a Company for 14 years named Covedien formally named Tyco Healthcare which specializes in manufacturing Medical Devices. I worked in production planning and organization for the company. I needed a change to give me more of a challenge in my life so I decided to do something that I always dreamed of doing. I enjoy being around people and seeing the joy of placing them in the home of their dreams or helping them relocate to another area. I have been involved in Sales throughout my life including Home Interiors, Princess House, Creative Cards Inc and Pampered Chef. You could say that Sales is in my blood. I can't see doing anything else. I love what I do. I can't see myself doing anything different. Rent a houseboat, join the "Anything That Floats Raft Race" or fill your stringer with some of the best bass fishing around!  DeLand's revitalized downtown is listed as a National Historical District. As the county seat, DeLand employs many in governmental businesses, in addition to manufacturing, agribusiness, marine products, and tourism.  Housing is affordable, with single family homes, homes along the water, ample acreage and horse ranches offered.  There are many wonderful homes in this area, but you need a local market expert to help you.
