In the 1960s, our founder introduced the first mobile heater to a winter construction site allowing jobsites to begin to operate year-round. After excelling at the production of portable heaters for several decades, temporary air conditioners and dehumidifiers were added to TEMP-AIR’s portfolio in the mid-1990s. In the late-1990s, the Thermal Remediation® pest control heat treatment division of TEMP-AIR, Inc. was launched as a spin-off of the company’s construction portable heating business. TEMP-AIR rental equipment is manufactured in the United States at our 140,000 square foot corporate headquarters located just south of Minneapolis, Minnesota. Our in-house engineering team is responsive to industry changes, dedicated to providing quality products, and can customize equipment specific to your company’s specialized needs. Mr. Korn began his role as CEO in 2007 bringing with him a vision for a long term company growth strategy. He oversees upper management decisions, maximizes business operation efficiencies, and ensures budgetary figures are met. Jim’s educational background includes an undergraduate degree from Providence College and a graduate degree from the University of Minnesota Law School. Vice President of Product Development Mr. Brainard has been a member of the TEMP-AIR team for over 25 years. He currently focuses on the management of the sales team, business expansion opportunities, and annual equipment budgets. Scott received a Bachelor of Science in Management from Northwestern College. He is a LEED AP BD+C certified green building professional. Mr. Grinols has more than 25 years of experience in the TEMP-AIR engineering department. He is dedicated to product improvement and innovation to keep our equipment up-to-date with industry trends. Our vast cooling equipment rental fleet includes 1 to 75 ton air conditioners and 10 to 1,200 ton chillers.
