In 1988, Renee Roether took over at the helm, maintaining the company's tradition of valuing employees as central to success. Under her leadership, TEM Systems has not only grown but preserved its founding ethos. Scott R. Roether complements this vision by driving sales and consulting initiatives, while Ryan propels innovation through GateHouse Solutions™, their flagship software for managing visitors and residents. The company also relies on seasoned professionals like Jan, who diligently manages financial tasks since 2004, and Sean, who sharpens strategic growth efforts. As of April 2024, TEM Systems continues to operate under the guidance of Chief Executive Officer M.R Macintosh, furthering a legacy of commitment to excellence rooted since its foundation as an incorporation for Developmental or Manufacturing Partnership in 1966.
