Following a distinguished 22 year career in the United States Marine Corps, Richard D. Wilson (Ric) moved to the private sector and in 2004 started Telkore.  Under Ric’s leadership, Telkore has grown and is now seen as an industry leader with an outstanding reputation for safety and quality. Ric joined the United States Marine Corps in 1978 and served in several peace keeping operations around the globe, including Operation Just Cause, Operation Desert Storm, and Operation Desert Shield. Operations in the Adriatic Sea include Operation Provide Promise, Operation Deny Flight, and Operation Sharp Guard.  From Drill Instructor at Parris Island in South Carolina to MOS Monitor at HQMC, Ric excelled as a leader and earned the respect of his recruits and his peers. During his 22 year career with the Marines, Ric rose through the ranks from Private to 1st Sgt. In 2001, Ric joined ECI Construction located in Dillsburg, Pennsylvania and served as a crew leader before leaving to form Telkore, Inc. In 2010, in addition to running Telkore, Ric was the Director of UMTS/LTE at nsoro MasTec in Charlotte, North Carolina. As a ComTrain Certified Tower Climber, Kate is one of only 12 female tower climbers in the nation. This expertise, her telecommunications property management background and her ability to handle legal matters, both internally and externally for Telkore, make her a most valued part of the Telkore Team. Since joining Telkore in 2006, Kate has performed numerous third party quality audits, managed site acquisition activities and has been integrall in all legal matters, including playing an instrumental role in obtaining venture capital funding for the company. Kate is OSHA 30 certified. Kate is a graduate of Cornell University and Widener University School of Law. Tracy joined Telkore in 2006 after working as a Senior Staff Accountant for a Public Accounting firm in Central Pennsylvania. This valuable experience and her Bachelor of Science Degree with a major in accounting have served Tracy well as she handles all financial transactions for Telkore. In addition, Tracy helped develop and implement essential accounting procedures as the company has grown. Tracy handles all daily accounting functions, prepares and presents financial reports for the Executive Committee and the Board of Directors and has been instrumental in the financial success of the company. Tracy is a graduate of Kutztown University. Warren joined Telkore in 2016 bringing with him over 23 years of experience in the telecommunications services industry. His diverse background and expertise includes, inside and outside plant program and project management, engineering, installation, testing, integration and materials management. Warren has held various positions managing resources in the majority of the continental United States and supporting all the major Tier 1 and Tier 2 carriers in the central office, remote, headend, data center, cell site and DAS/small cell environments. Warren's diverse background will aid Telkore to widen their overall capabilities and service offerings. Warren has a degree in Electronics and Computer Technology from DeVry University.
