Informed by over 16 years of establishing and growing world markets for advanced television technologies, Yefim Nivoro launched Globetek Media, LLC in July 2012 and Telglobe Services in 2014 to connect Latin America and Caribbean video service providers with the world’s leading telecommunication software, hardware and service suppliers. His extensive international sales management experience spans channel management, strategic marketing and business development for software, hardware and professional services. Recognized for broad technical knowledge of cable and telco infrastructure and expertise in video-on-demand, advertising, OTT and content aggregation, Yefim is a recipient of multiple awards from industry bodies including Canitec (Mexican Cable TV Association), SCTE(Society of Cable & Telecommunications Engineers), ABTA (Brazilian Cable Association), CCTA (Caribbean Cable Association), Tepal (Latin American Cable Association). Prior to founding Globetek Media in 2012, Yefim held senior sales positions at SeaChange International, a worldwide leader in streaming video, video-on-demand and advertising solutions. He was instrumental in positioning SeaChange as a Video on Demand market leader in these categories throughout Latin America, the Caribbean, Russia and Israel. His major accounts included the largest operators in Latin America such as Telmex, America Movil, Telefonica, Televisa, Oi, Millicom, HBO Latin America, and Megacable. Elsewhere he managed SeaChange’s sales at HOT (Israel’s largest television operator), Akado Media and Renova Media in Russia among many other large video service providers. Yefim holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in International Studies from Middlebury College in Vermont and a Master of Business Administration from Northwestern University’s Kellogg School of Management. Yefim is based in Miami, Florida. Felicia Nivoro oversees Telglobe’s operations, accounting, finance and human resources. Felicia has over 17 years of corporate banking and financial consulting experience. She started her career at Citibank in New York as a credit analyst, later moving to Miami as a senior analyst to focus on large global multinational clients with presence in Latin America. After her tenure at Citibank, she has run her own financial consulting business, providing financial analysis services to Grupo Bimbo and Weston Foods. Felicia has a BS in Finance from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania. Felicia is based in Miami, Florida. Bruno Cerball is the General Manager at Telglobe Services, responsible for Sales, Pre-sales, Business Development and Operations in Latin America. Prior to joining Globetek, Bruno was a regional sales director for Thomson Video Networks where he was in charge of sales of advanced compression and digital processing solutions in the Andean region of Latin America and the Caribbean. In the past Bruno has led product and solution sales teams in video, data and telephony for CATV, DTH and IPTV platforms, across the Americas. He began his career in 2001 as a financial advisor to a small cable television operator in Bolivia. In 2002, Bruno joined International Cable Corp in Boston, where he opened and developed the Latin America customer portfolio for RF and opto-electonic CAT V solutions. He was expatriated to Venezuela to establish local sales and consultancy presence on a very dynamic market. In 2009, he assumed the role of director for international sales for 3 consecutive years, consolidating the company’s influence on the regional CATV operators. Having lived and worked in Spain, Belgium, USA, Venezuela and Colombia has given him a sharp and global perspective of the trends and markets of the broadband delivery industry. Bruno holds a B.A and M.Sc in economics from Universite Catholique de Louvain, Belgium. He is fluent in French, Spanish, English, Portuguese and Dutch. Bruno is based in Bogota, Colombia. Noe Granadillo has over 8 years of experience in Linux based server administration, system interconnection and middleware. His knowledge extends to the fields of Digital TV, DVB, IPTV, OTT and certifications in Verimatrix and Envivio products.Prior to joining Globetek, he worked as a Software Development Coordinator at Netuno, a leading MSO in Venezuela. He worked primarily with server administration, software development and managed middleware and conditional access products at Netuno.Noe has a Bachelor of Science in Computer Engineering from Simon Bolivar University in Venezuela. He is based in Valencia, Venezuela and travels extensively in Latin America. Jimmy Rodriguez has over 7 years of experience working in professional services in the telco and cable tv industry. He spent most of his career working as a professional services engineer at Intraway, an OSS/BSS software provider. During this tenure at Intraway, he acquired strong networking skills in TCP/IP, Linux, HFC & DTH technologies. He has implemented full platform deployments in Solaris and Linux Servers as well as performed the support, training and maintenance. Additionally, Jimmy has strong knowledge of DOCSIS Standards, provisioning flows for communications devices as Set Top Boxes, Cable modems, eMTA and CPEs. He has experience deploying massive high scale projects with tier 1 MSO-s and TELCO-s in Latin America such as CLARO, Millicom/TIGO, Cableonda, Telefonica, Cablemas and Televisa (Now IZZI). Prior to his position at Intraway, he worked at the largest MSO in Nicaragua, Claro as a Cable Modem System Administrator. His role included CMTS (Cable Modem Terminal System), provisioning servers, monitoring bandwidth data loop and planning projects for the Optical Nodes distribution in all CMTS distributed throughout the country and the LAN Administration for the Operations Area. Jimmy has a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Engineering from the Universidad Nacional de Ingenieria (UNI) in Nicaragua. He is based in Managua, Nicaragua. Telglobe’s highly trained and specialized team provides consulting services to the MSO-s in HFC/RF distribution, Headend/HUB design and IP distribution and networking.
