Teens for Advancing Education began with the humble beginnings of three high school students whose individual perspectives led them to understand the significance of education.  Megan Felder, Rachelle Nehmeh and DeAnna Barksdale all saw the world shifting before them and hoped to provide a means of inspiring other students to live up to their potential. In essence, they wanted to create an organization that would encourage the youth to be proud of wanting to learn more, as did the IB program did for them. This  organization had to value creativity, open-mindedness and empathy for others and most of all it had to understand the barriers that some children faced; This passion for dismantling obstacles gave way to Teens for Advancing Education. Our main objective here at Teens for Advancing Education is to provide our  disadvantaged youth of the Treasure Coast advance in their academic career. In order to do this we strive to furnish each and every child with the books, school supplies and uniforms that make excellence possible. As we grow as an organization we also hope to branch out to other countries in need in order to aid the next generation in their pursuits of innovation.
