As a 501c3 non-profit organization, we offer membership to teens who enjoy bass fishing. The complete administration operates on a volunteer basis. The only 4 requirements are: The teens must be in 7th through 12th grades, maintain a GPA of 2.0 or better, participate in at least two club sponsored community service event and must pass the safe boaters course before competing in our tournaments. We are active in Volusia, Seminole, Orange, Lake, and Osceola Counties. We have reached a milestone of 200 teens competing and supporting our program. We are looking to expand to other surrounding counties in the future. volunteer their time and boats monthly for the teens to fish for bass and earn points based on bag limits and club participation. All of our captains go through a background change to maintain the integrity of the program. After each tournament there is an award ceremony presenting the top teen trophies and everyone enjoys a cook out. We do require the teens to help compensate the captains; $25.00 for the Captain(s), & $5.00 for the tournament expenses.  The main focus of Teen Sport Fishing Association is to help the parents keep the youth of America focused and off the negative side of society.
