He is proficient in all areas of the mortgage business but specializes in analyzing complex self-employed borrower scenarios, pre-underwriting an application, Conforming & Government products and High Net Worth Borrowers with complicated corporate structures.  Steve’s most recent 12 years have been spent servicing the unique financial needs of retirees and soon-to-be retirees.  Steve is a graduate of Central Florida College in Ocala, FL.  When not working to finance his clients’ homes you can find him playing golf, relaxing on the beach or spending time with his wife and grandchildren.
