Team Hendryx was formed when a group of like minded individuals wanted to train and race together to reach peak performance. The athletes of Team Hendryx live and train in Central Florida and compete in local and national events throughout the year. The Team’s goals are to promote our partners, help others achieve their goals, promote a healthly lifestyle within the community, and increase personal performance. Team Hendryx trains and competes with athletes of every caliber. Whether you are a first timer looking to complete a triathlon or running race or a seasoned competitor looking to set a new PR – Team Hendryx has a program for you. Team Hendryx is proud to be in our third year as partners with Sanford Burnham Insititute for Medical Research.Team Hendryx will train memebers of Team Sanford Burnham to complete the Disney Marathon and Half Marathon, in exchange Team Sanford Burnham participants will raise money for medical research. Team Hendryx is proud to be partnered with such a well known research facility and is looking forward to helping the participants meet their athletic and fund raising goals. Team Hendryx provides group and individual endurance training to athletes of all ages and all levels. Based in Orlando, Florida, Team Hendryx’s athlete coaches provide experience, support, and motivation to help athletes reach peak performance. The program services provide individual performance assessments, group endurance sessions, strength training, and online coaching. All coaches are USAT or USAC certified.
