Over 10 years of experience as fitness professional, Tarel’s passion is to educate and motivate people to be healthy and fit. He has helped many individuals with life changing results with the perfect mix of encouragement, humor, discipline and fun. Armed with a positive attitude and a winning smile, he also provides inspiration for these individuals, in order for them to achieve their goals of living a happy, healthy lifestyle. Shortly after high school, he suffered a major injury with a ruptured back. He took a serious approach into pursuing Fitness while recovering from his back injury. He integrated different training techniques such as balance, flexibility, core and resistance, along with natural nutrition to his program. This life changing experience helped him to recover without having to go through surgery, which inspired him to help others. Also his services include helping clients with weight loss/management, and assisting clients with pre and post injuries. He is also a Certified Physical Therapy Tech through Penn Foster College and is planning to advance in the Physical Therapy field. Tbodyfit Tbodyfit
