IT'S OFFICIAL!  March 2018 was an all-time record, beating the previous record by quite a bit!  In other words we're doing a LOT of radios!  For us, it means patting ourselves on the back and getting the bills paid.  For you it means lots of experience.  We're the original dealer for Aurora products, and from the beginning have ranked among the top dealers worldwide.  TURNAROUND:  Currently we're running about 30 days, more or less.  Tougher sets may take a little longer -- prewar, Lincolns, European types, please allow more time.  Then we have the instructions on the .  They're there for a reason.  If sets arrive with missing information, it might seem easy to make a telephone call -- but calling dozens of customers takes precious time away from the radios, so they sit until we can spare the time.  As for packaging, we mean it -- two sets this past month were total losses, and it's easily avoidable by following the simple instructions.  Those who follow instructions EXACTLY are rewarded with preferential treatment.  We do this as an incentive -- doing it right speeds things up for everyone. ONLINE SHOPPING UPDATE:  The Online Shopping pages are still under construction, and we had to stop to deal with all these sets arriving for conversion.  However most Custom Autosound products are available online now.  If you see a product that you can't order for some reason, please contact us -- we can get it on its way.   Rule 1 is to use a box that gives you at least TWO INCHES on every side, including top and bottom.  If the box doesn't provide this space, use another box -- it's easier to find than another radio.  For the average 1960's radio we use a 12x12x12 box, usually angled upwards so as to provide maximum space.  Big sets 14x14x14, long sets 20x12x12.
