This firm began operations in Orlando, Florida in December 1995 under the name "Frank's Tax Service". In June 2002, we changed our company name to "Tax Form Processing LLC." We have prepared over fifteen thousand tax returns over the years for individuals and small businesses. Our success is built on satisfied clients who return year after year and whom refer other clients for quality professional tax and accounting services at a reasonable price. About the Managing-Member of Our Company , which is a federally-licensed tax professional authorized to practice before the IRS by the United States Department of Treasury. He holds a bachelor's degree in Accounting from the University of Central Florida. Frank is also an "Authorized IRS E-File Provider." He continually keeps up-to-date on new and revised tax laws and regulations by taking continuing professional education (CPE) courses. Some of these CPE courses are "Tax Practitioner Seminars" provided by the Internal Revenue Service. In addition to CPE courses, he has access to an extensive tax library where he conducts his research. Frank also subscribes to monthly professional tax journals. He also receives daily e-mail reports on tax legislation changes. Furthermore, Frank has active memberships in the following professional associations: On December 22, 2017, President Trump signed into law a tax bill that was passed by Congress called the "Tax Cuts and Jobs Act (H.R. 1)." This new tax bill impacts virtually every individual and business on a level not seen in over 30 years! As with any tax bill, however, there are "winners" and "losers." This historic bill lowers the individual and corporate tax rates, repeals countless tax credits and deductions, enhances the child tax credit, boosts business expensing, and much more. It also impacts the Affordable Care Act (Obamacare), effectively repealing the tax penalty for not having qualifying health coverage starting in year 2019. For more detailed information, According to the Federal Trade Commission (FTC), the nation’s consumer protection agency, phishers send an e-mail or pop-up message that claims to be from a business or organization that you may deal with — for example, an Internet service provider (ISP), bank, online payment service, or even a government agency. The message may ask you to “update,” “validate,” or “confirm” your account information. Some phishing e-mails threaten a dire consequence if you don’t respond. The messages direct you to a website that looks just like a legitimate organization’s site; however, it is not a legitimate website! It is a bogus website which is setup for the sole purpose of tricking you into divulging your personal information so the operators can steal your identity and run up bills or commit crimes in your name. . It is important that the original communication that was received is included, as well as Internet headers. The IRS can use the information found in the e-mail such as URLs and links to trace the hosting website and alert authorities to help shut down the fraudulent sites.
